How data is used

Guardian alerts

The guardian email you provide is used only to send alerts.

Local evaluation

Presence status is determined locally without uploading raw data.

Secure transmission

Alert content is encrypted in transit to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention & Deletion

We do not store your Health data on our servers. Your Guardian's email and your alert message are stored securely solely for the purpose of sending the emergency email. You can delete this data at any time by removing the Guardian within the app or contacting us at support@ahaknow.com.
